Once upon a time there was a very bright red leaf. She had
lots of friends. She had some friends that were yellow, red,
orange and green. When it was time to fall from her tree,
she was the fourth to go! When she fell she saw the grass below,
her friends above and other leaves in the grass. “Uh Oh, I’m
heading for a puddle!” Said the red leaf. Then all of a sudden,
SPLASH! The little leaf was wet. Then a farmer started raking
leaves into a pile. But he didn’t rake the little red leaf, and
that’s how the little bright red leaf was lucky!
